Scott/Reece Dylan has been arrested.

Reece Dylan (AKA Scott Dylan) was arrested on the 10th July 08 in Belfast charged with money laundering and fraud offences.
Details regarding these charges can be obtained as of tomorrow 16th July 08 from the Belfast Magistrate Court on (+44) 02890 328594.
We have been asked by the police to make the following announcement:
Anyone who has been defrauded by Scott/Reece Dylan or has significant information are invited to write a short email a.s.a.p to Andy Cole of the Belfast Economic Crime Unit/CID:
In your email please include:
• How contact was made.
• Type of services provided.
• Your company/service contact details.
• Dates.
• Contractual details.
• Total financial losses.
Of particular interest:
• Proof of the basis under which work/employment was undertaken and whether any deception was practised to obtain either property or services. (For example a deception may be the submission of forged/fraudulent documents to secure employment or false accounts submitted to support employment).
• Proof or knowledge of fixed assets especially property anywhere in the world.

We got hold of the Magistrates who informed us Scott will be appearing in court again on the 8th August.
Please make sure your evidence is sent to Andy Coles ASAP.

Does anyone know if compensation to victims is to be considered?

Once the police has established as to his wealth a confiscation case
will be brought under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. As part of this
case an application may be made for compensation which the court may take into account.
We understand the investigation is in the early stages and it is expected that a forensic examination of Scott Dylan’s finances, companies and computer background may take many weeks to progress.
In the mean time if you can supply something of an evidential nature to
support an allegation of crime then please contact Andy.

Does anybody know the outcome of Scott Dylan first court appearance ?
Has he been remanded in custody or bailed to a suitable address ?
Do we also know his real home address ? (as this would of also been disclosed in court)
Just to also confirm Scott currently owns these two companies below and it appears they are still active and trading .

Good to see Ricardo Sinclair is still Scott’s bitch.
Surely his days are numbered along with all of those who helped Scott committing crime.
Scott is remanded in custody, all your other questions can be answered accurately by the Belfast Magistrates.

Is there any recent news about the trial?
I’ve had a look over here and cant seem to see anything, i’m sorry if i’ve missed it, would like to know if he has been put away for a long time again.
