Sure this mean he is not allowed to trade? how does he manage to set up all his Xclusive limited crap??

When an order for bankruptcy is in force, it will stop someone acting as if they were a director of a company.
The order also means that Reece must not get other people to manage a company under his instructions.
Withour a court permission Reece cannot be a director of a company, acting as receiver of a company’s property; be concerned in or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company and he must not act as an insolvency practitioner.
The order or undertaking does not stop someone carrying on business as a sole trader or in partnership with others but, unless Reece has court permission, he must not be a member of or be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a limited liability partnership.
I have checked with the Insolvency Service Enforcement Hotline where I was informed that Reece does not have permission to act as a director nor to manage a company. He is acting illegally and he is been investigated.

We can also confirm that the ‘companies‘ he had recently incorporated at this address:
79 CHICHESTER STREET, BELFAST BT1 4JE have not been paid for nor registered fully.
