Dear Jamie Watson,

Thank you for contacting PayPal in relation to the payment into your Paypal  account on ##th of December.

I have reviewed your transaction history, Mr. Watson, and I can see that  in  December there were two denied attempts to transfer funds into your  account. These payments were for the amount of $2,041.74 USD and were  sent  from the PayPal account registered to the email address tmartin@xclusivemedia.net.

Neither of these payments completed through to you and both attempts were  denied on the sender’s side. The funds were never added to your PayPal  balance.

All denied payments are included in the European Union Anti-Money  Laundering alert regulations, and this is why it was flogged on your account.

Sincerely,

Hi Jamie,

I just investigated this for you and looked at our accounts myself and seen the payment leave our account so it should be with you or at least with the suspense account of your bank.

If you use paypal i can get a payment over to you straight away till the other payments clear, then just hold this additional payment on account.

Dear Ms Watson,

Sorry I haven’t replied sooner I’ve been off and have been having problems with our payment systems here, we’ve just had our new payment systems installed, I will be sending out BACS today and forwarding you a copy of the bank’s BACS payment receipt this evening.

3. To Andrew/David. Jan 08

Sorry again I woke up late, this again was because I was dealing with family issues again all last night.
I’m going down to the bank in a bit to put the funds through your selected account you sent me yesterday.
David WE HAVE made payment to you via BACS, we have the statements here, and I’ve checked our actual bank account and its left our bank account, its coming from and Irish Bank to a British bank, and a bank that I just found out doesn’t serve Ireland, if you don’t believe this your more than welcome to come and inspect our bank account and see for yourself.
I understand you have a mortgage to pay which is why I’ve arranged with Thomas to get a second payment issued so I can go to the bank myself and pay you, but there is also a second payment on its way to you.
We have the same issue with Andrew where he has asked for funds before his actual payday something we NEVER usually do but due to his circumstances I’ve had this arranged.
One thing I can’t handle is staff questioning me to other staff, I’m an extremely fair person, my name isn’t David Tickner from refresh where staff and contractors don’t get paid.
This is a new setup for me, and a totally new way of working, all I ask is that you bear with me while I get things established and not jump into a big drama as soon as the slightest things go wrong.
I would prefer a working relationship with everyone where its relaxed and people are left to get on with things, rather than a relationship where we follow red tape policies by the letter filling in stupid forms etc…
What I propose going forward is that if for the first month or two we pay you both using paypal, that way its instant, you’re not then worried about not getting paid, and you are then responsible yourselves for making sure the funds get to your banks, which ultimately leaves us to have a better working relationship.
Regards,

Scott Dylan

Dear Mr McCoy,

I have been passed your details by Scott Dylan, he is trying to resolve the current issues that are outstanding; did you send him an invoice as we have been unable to find it. I would appreciate it if you could resend any invoices sent to Scott so I can make payment.

Dear Rich,

Can we come to an agreement that once paid you will remove the information you have posted online?

Rich: I have yet to receive payment but have agreed to post up when I have but stated that I will not be bribed to shut up, wrong is wrong, even if you do right by me or not.

Not once have i declared that EVERYONE HAS BEEN PAID. I said that I have been ensuring that people are getting paid. And please do not insult me like that. I am trying to sort out this issue of payment as
a step to ensuring that everyone is paid.  If you or anyone else have not been paid, please do email me with an invoice and I will ensure that you ARE paid the amount you claim to be owed.

Are you willing to come to some kind of agreement??
